How do you sign up?


Your ViewsCast account manager will sign you up to the ViewsCast Global ScoreCard. All you will need to do is complete a web-based questionnaire during each quarter which will include questions on your operational call centre statistics. ViewsCast will do the rest and at the end of each quarter you will have access to your analysis and reports.

Rules of participation
  • All call centres adhere to the same criteria
  • Each call centre registers separately. Information pertaining to the organization can be duplicated
  • Each call centre needs to complete the operational questionnaire
    • Specific to each call centre
    • Specific to the quarter
    • Within time frame required
  • If information is incomplete or submitted late, the call centre will not receive a report
  • Specific samples required for each call centre respectively as per sample rules
  • Call centres have to participate for the agreed monthly/quarterly period to receive that quarter’s reports.
